Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd
After five years in the recruitment industry, Ben Rhodes was ready to branch out on his own. In 2005, he set up Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd, a Lancashire-based company which specialises in supplying industrial-based workers.
The hard work and dedication have paid off as Tailor Made Sourcing currently has 25 clients and is expecting a turnover of £1,500,000 in 2007.
Ben explains, “I decided to set up my own company because I wanted to have control over the growth and direction of my career. I established Tailor Made Sourcing with investment from my parents, and have been doing so well that we hope to open another office within the next few months.
“The keys to success are: Don't just talk about excellent customer service - provide it. Find great staff and treat them well, as every action they take affects your reputation."
