LTSB Commercial Finance has been supplying financial solutions to staffing companies since 1962 and since the acquisition of CashFriday in 2001 has provided comprehensive back office and payroll outsourcing to temporary recruitment businesses.

By 2007 our market share had grown to 10% by number and 7% by turnover of the £24.8 billion UK recruitment industry (Source: REC Annual Survey 2006). This enabled us to create a specialist Recruitment Finance Division within LTSB Commercial Finance exclusively serving the requirements of staffing companies.

Specialisation enables us to bring together in a single team all the knowledge and expertise we have gained within the sector. Through running payroll and billing services for over 400 recruitment businesses our staff have direct experience of the regulatory and compliance pressures on the industry and every year our award-winning deal-makers have been involved in making MBOs, MBIs, mergers and acquisitions work in this industry. Bringing them all together helps us deliver the best standards of service to recruiters of all sizes and in all sectors - and to continue developing innovative solutions for the fast-evolving needs of the industry.
